a native of forney, tx, i leapt into life as a competitive gymnast, a foundation that shaped my dedication and discipline. transitioning to theater in high school led me to pursue a bfa at oklahoma city university. the magnetic pull of new york city then beckoned.
early days in nyc saw me soaring as an acrobat for royal caribbean, a thrilling start, for sure. shakespearean stages followed, kindling my passion. amidst the city's energy, i discovered photography—an natural extension of my creativity, earning accolades.
my creative journey evolved after a transformative spanish sojourn, birthing my fascination with mosaic art. this tactile art form, a departure from photography, continues to captivate me with its meditative allure.
